How to Order: All orders can be placed online through the Website. Please do not e-mail your card details. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders subject to availability..
Method of Payment: You can pay with any major credit card, we are unable to accept cheques, cash, or postal orders via the website. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement. No responsibility can be taken by Working Wear Ltd for incorrect, or incomplete, details submitted on the website. Orders without this information will not be successfully processed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases. We will take payment in GB pounds (£) and your payment card will be charged accordingly at the exchange rate at the time of payment taken.
We get authorisation from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Your card will be debited for goods as they are dispatched. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from following exceptions:
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery: Goods will be delivered as stated in our delivery information section on the website. We aim to dispatch goods in stock as quickly as possible. The maximum period of delivery would be within 30 days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.
In the event that your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable period of time please contact us. You will need to provide us with a dated copy of your signature along with your written instructions and details of your order.
Return of Goods Policy: Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched within 7 days after receipt of goods. In this event, simply complete the form on the reverse of your delivery note and follow the appropriate instructions. Please ensure wording, numbers and sizes are correctly entered as products that have been personalised can only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be faulty.
Cancellation Policy: We aim to meet The Distance Selling Regulations and subject to the provisions of our returns policy outlined above, every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving the goods.
